Will I be charged VAT?
If you are VAT registered or based outside of the EU, we will not charge you VAT. If you're based in the EU and not VAT registered we are obliged to charge you VAT. If you're unsure how VAT applies to your business, our team can explain this during your demo.
Am I tied into a long term contract?
No. There is no minimum term contract required for Sonas customers, you can cancel at any time. We believe software should earn its place through the value it delivers, not through restrictive contracts.
